It is mainly designed for picking up, crushing, rubbing and compressing agricultural materials such as crop straw and forage into round bales, facilitating transportation and storage.

Working Principle: The baler picks up straw or forage scattered on the ground via the pickup device. The collected materials are then fed into the compression chamber through the forced feeding rollers. They are compressed by 18 hay-pressing rollers and finally formed into round bales.

High Efficiency: The hay-pressing rollers work with the forced feeding system to increase the feeding volume and improve pickup efficiency.

Anti-Clogging Function: In case of grass clogging, the bottom bin can be opened through the hydraulic control terminal to resolve the issue. Net wrapping is controlled by sensors at the terminal to ensure consistent bale density.

Strong Adaptability: The pickup device is available in two types—spring-tooth type and hammer-claw type. Capable of adapting to various terrains.

    It adopts full gear transmission, resulting in high bale density and low maintenance requirements. With assembly line production, each process is strictly controlled, ensuring reliable quality.
