The 9YFQ-2.23 square bale forage harvester, newly developed and produced by Liaoning Zizhu Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., is suitable for picking and baling various agricultural crop straws such as corn, wheat, rice straw, forage grass, reeds, etc. in the field.
This machine has the following characteristics:
1. Equipped with an original imported knotter, the machine features stable performance and a high bale formation rate;
2. The entire machine features a symmetrical longitudinal axis, ensuring good driving stability and easy towing. It is suitable for traveling on narrow roads and working on small and irregular plots;
3. Large feeding capacity, clean picking, tight and square bales, easy to stack and transport, high work efficiency;
4. The adoption of a low-level elastic tooth roller-type pickup reduces the lifting height during material pickup, thereby minimizing material loss during pickup. Equipped with a follow-up device, the pickup makes the machine more suitable for pickup and baling operations in low-lying areas;
5. The baling chamber and the bale needle have a sufficiently high ground clearance, ensuring that the needle will not touch the ground when operating in low-lying areas, thus eliminating the traditional bale needle protective frame;
From the moment the material is picked up to the formation of square bales and their landing, the material is consistently moved along the longitudinal axis within the frame. The material conveying and baling processes are reasonable, which is conducive to increasing the reciprocating frequency of the piston and enhancing production capacity.
